Having fun while supporting the Wynn Family Children's Fund
At the fundraiser for the Wynn Family Children's fund guests were treated to a spectacular lunch put on by the members of Williams Memorial and a festive round of the "Not so Newlywed Game". The charitable participants were asked a series of questions that newly weds would get right away.... but after so many years of marriage, the game was quite a challenge!
In the end it all came down to the bonus round in a very close game. When asked "Who said 'I love you' first", after 54 years of marriage Bob (shown here with the winning answer of "Me") knew that he had said it first. That answer clinched the close race between the three couples.
But the most important part of the event was raising money for the Wynn Family Children's fund. Contributions will continue to be accepted by mailing a check to Williams Memorial Presbytarian Church, 4700 Beatties Ford Rd, Charlotte NC 28216, please note "Wynn Family" in the memo.
